Dear Friends and Citizens,

Thank you for electing me as your Constable of Dallas County, Precinct 4.  This area includes the cities of Cedar Hill, DeSoto, Duncanville, Glenn Heights, Grand Prairie and Irving, TX.

I continue a list of family members who excelled in criminal justice in Dallas County.  After 25 years of service, my father retired in 2005 as the Director of Adjunct Programs from the Dallas County Community Supervision (Probation) Department.  My mother retired in 2010 after 29 years of service with the Dallas County Sheriff's Department.  I have an aunt and an uncle who retired from the Dallas County Juvenile Department, and my uncle formally instructed a Criminal Justice course at the Dallas County Community College District (DCCCD).

I have both professional and personal interests in Precinct 4.  I will refocus on the traditional role of a Constable: serving civil documents, property seizures, evictions, executing civil and criminal warrants, and truancy.  I will reconnect with local law enforcement departments and assist in any way possible with the idea of law enforcement and crime reduction in mind.  I will continue to work with Dallas County Community Supervision (Probation) Department in the capture of probation violators.  Personally, my wife and I reside in Grand Prairie and most of my immediate family are tax paying citizens of Precinct 4.  My father, aunt and uncle all reside in Desoto.  My mother and uncle reside in Irving as well as my brother, sister and brother in law, who reside in Valley Ranch.

I am married to my college sweetheart, Juliet, a CPA.  We have one son, Dominique, who is a college sophomore and an Eagle Scout.  I am an active church member at the Greater Golden Gate Missionary Baptist Church, where I serve weekly as a teacher in our Youth Church Ministry and sing with the Music Ministry.

IT'S TIME TO BRING ETHICAL LEADERSHIP TO THE CONSTABLE'S OFFICE

              A DISCIPLINED DIRECTION

I will regain the trust of the citizens of Dallas County by:

1.  Challenging Excuses
2.  Removing Rewards until the Job is Done
3.  Staying Focused on the Results

We will develop trust daily, not in a day.
